Children's Residential

We are due to open our new home in February 2025,  are passionate about helping children enjoy and thrive in every aspect of their life. We like to support people aged between 10-18 years of age to reach their ceiling, aspirations and reach out to every available opportunity to create fond memories and help children grow. Whether that will be to access activities, new adventures, employment, education and or help with independence – we will be there.

Adults Supported Living (Supportive Accommodation)

Everyone deserves a home to feel proud of and providing support that fits seamlessly around you, with uniquely rewarding relationship we will help to build your confidence and independence along a positive journey when exploring our world. Education, employment and learning is key, accessing these with friends, family, supporters or others makes it fun and enriches lifelong relationships.

We will support you to live in your own home with some support to make independence a little easier.

WE SUPPORT WONDERFUL ADULTS IN THEIR HOME.  We can go to the beach or town, we can help to  apply and find jobs, we bake and cook, we go out and have fun and explore, we find activities that interest you, we can go on holiday and or visit other places, we find education and learning opportunities,  we can help with filling out forms, budgeting, independent planning - what helps you, we help make friends and join in with our local community in Canterbury and neighbouring areas.

Social Care Consultancy & Training

We can support you with robust monitoring techniques, compliance support, implementing procedures aligned to bespoke polices and reviewing strategies to ensure your service is streamlined, safe and current.

Staffing Solutions

We STAND OUT by creating bespoke staff for Authorities and organisations who, require staff or teams of staff for services and offer qualitative trained personnel to fill a vacancy or vacancies for one off, short or fixed periods. We offer a tailored experienced in supporting those vacancy needs via a specialised recruitment process, supervision process with quality monitoring so positive experiences are created with suitably qualified and competent staff.

We provide staff / teams to companies, Local Authorities and we provide Personal Assistants, (PA's) to clients.

We offer Personal Assistants who can help with basic aspects of care, this may include;

• Preparing meals.
• Finance matters
• Accessing Services
• Getting dressed.
• Taking medication.
• Getting to school or college.

You can regularly review the support your PA provides to ensure they’re meeting your needs and if the kind of support you need changes, you can adapt the care plan, agreeing new roles with the people you employ.
