Observations of staff will be part of an embedded system to enable qualitative care and support to be provided and maintain safe practice. Staff undertake Tean Teach training de-escalation training. Rostering can be planned for emergency cover and for fixed terms. For our staff based in Wales, they are all registered with SCW (Social Care Wales). We ensure staff receive mandatory training, and diagnosis specific and sector trend workshops will be provided for staff.
