About Us

Our team are a talented group of people, having experience of social care roles since around 1998. We have well trained staff with a variety of interests and talents, nothing is ever too much when trying to support others professionally and or when accessing our services.

We have industry experience in CQC and OFSTED regulatory environments that include the following job roles: Safeguarding Officer, Deputy Manager, Registered Manager, Dual Registered Manager, Service Manager, Responsible Individual, Nominated Person, Director, Social Care Consultancy, and Compliance Manager.

We have been able to make positive growth whilst working together and have decided as a team to widen our portfolio and offer services other to social care providers, Local Authorities and our community. We love dogs so you may see pets around if you live in our Adults Supported Living service or Children’s Residential Home. As a busy bunch we like to go out and about so we go to lots of activities and we live near the sea. Our consultancy service has longevity in providing regulatory support, compliance guidance, sector training, supervision support, regulatory 44 duties and other sector requirements.

We have helped many services expand their provisions and open new homes with various SOP. We have always been suitably staffed and have a settled team so we support other provisions with staffing solutions so people receive consistent care and support whilst maintaining positive relationships. We are a quirky bunch that have fun along the way and “Always Take Time To Be Kind”.
